Merry Christmas to you ALL
I hope the year has been full of blessings and magical memories. As you know our to do lists can be overwhelming and sap our energies during this busy time of year. Its important to not skip meals which causes all sort of crazy happenings in our bodies.
Today I’m sharing with you a super quick and easy breakfast dish to start the day well and keep you charged thru the morning.
Just saute some veggies with a bit of olive oil and butter. In this picture, I have kale and mushrooms. YUM. Once they are cooked and softened which takes about 4-5 minutes. Don’t forget to salt and pepper as needed. Add in 2 eggs scrambled. If you are in bit of a hurry, just crack them right into the pan and break up with a fork. Cook until the eggs are set. Another 2 minutes. And POW! Breakfast is made!
